JUDGMENT IN ACTION

Frameworks change.
Judgment carries through.

I have worked with waterfall and agile approaches. I adapt the way we work to the context, the people and the problem we need to solve.

Methods that serve the work.

I have earned certifications in project management and agile frameworks. Throughout my career, I have worked with Scrum and SAFe, used tools such as Canvas, and spent years working with waterfall approaches.

Each approach offers useful tools. My way of working starts with understanding the context, using data, involving the right people and translating decisions into action.

01

Understand first

I analyze the situation, its impact and needs that have not yet been expressed. I want to understand the context before recommending a course of action.

02

Gather evidence and perspectives

I use data, operational information and conversations with the right stakeholders and teams. I adapt the depth of the investigation to the time available.

03

Structure and challenge findings

I organize, prioritize and share findings before execution. I want decisions to rest on a shared understanding of the problem.

04

Stay involved in execution

I coordinate efforts, remove obstacles, contribute to technical and functional decisions, and take part in building the solution.

05

Learn with a purpose

I learn to solve a problem and put that knowledge to work. New tools help me explore and build with greater autonomy while remaining accountable for quality.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION

What challenge
are you working on?

If your team needs to understand a problem, weigh alternatives or turn an initiative into reality, I’d like to hear the context.
